Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure all office needs are met.
  • Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs or replacements as necessary.
  • Support office staff by managing calendars, arranging travel, and organizing events.
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the office team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
