About the team

We are looking for a social media intern to join the team of professionals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about influencer marketing, enjoy creative thinking, and is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

What youll do

Strategy & Project Management

• Campaign Briefs: Support in the collaboration with different business verticals to fill out detailed campaign briefs for influencers.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in the management and execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Reporting: Prepare end of campaign performance reports.

Influencer Management

• Influencer Search: Identify influencers to onboard them onto campaigns across verticals.
• Profile Vetting: Vet influencer profiles to ensure they align with campaign goals and approach suitable influencers.
• Database Management: Assist in establishing and growing Careem’s database of influencers and content creators.
• Event Attendance: Attend meetings, events, or shoots as required, representing Careem and supporting influencer activities.

Admin Management

• Vendor Processing: Support in coordinating with procurement to add influencers and creators as vendors for seamless payment processing.
• Contract Coordination: Work closely with Careem’s procurement,legal and other relevant stakeholders to finalize influencer contracts.

What youll need

• Ideally completing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen interest in influencer marketing and social media.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (verbal & written).
