Welcomes visitors, answers or refers inquiries, forwarding calls etc. Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mails/deliveries....

RECEPTION:

  • Welcomes visitors, answers or refers inquiries, forwarding calls etc.
  • Directs visitors.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mails/deliveries.
  • Ensures the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Performs other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member.
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries of incoming parcels, documents etc.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results needed.

IMPORTANT

  • AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month.
  • Candidates with Own/Husbands Visa are preferred.
