Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner

- Provide product and service information to customers

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior staff

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 1-2 years of customer service experience

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
