As Reservations Supervisor, we rely on you to:
Review task process and colleagues productivity to ensure that work standards are consistently met
Guide and supervise Reservations Agent in the daily task to ensure a consistently high quality of work
Provide hands-on training for colleagues on a continuous basis
Monitor group reservations activities and cut-off schedules
Handle special projects delegated by the Manager
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role
Service oriented, a team player and with passion to deliver excellent guest experience
Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite and familiar with Opera PMS system
A good communicator and possesses excellent organizational skills
