We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Immigration Processing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination with client queries across social media, client pipeline, emails, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional demeanor. The Assistant must also be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support
- Manage client communications
- Assist in the preparation of school applications
- Collect and compile documents submitted online
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge about immigration services is preferred.
- Good command of the English language.
- Familiarity with Canadian immigration terminologies, policies, Act and Regulations is a MUST
