We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver and office assistant to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional way while delivering our orders to our customers as per our standards. Reporting to our Operations manager you will be responsible for monitoring of equipment, office supplies and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

 Clean the office and showroom at the start of the day.

 Organize kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption.

 Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.

 Inventory tracking and assisting office staff as requested.

 Preparation and packing of ecommerce orders.

 Deliver a wide variety of home decor items with great care and on time.

 Planning delivery schedule and coordination with customers of the delivery of orders.

 Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.

 Assembly and installation of Furniture and assist with Lighting installation.

 Collect payments.

 Complete administrative logs and shipment reports.

Requirements:

Language: good written and spoken English

Minimum education: secondary education

Experience: minimum 2 years of experience

Drivers license: to have valid light vehicle license (manual)

Computer skills (Microsoft office) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
