Assistant Operations Manager-Car Care

• Ensuring the successful and effective management of the operations of Car Care, along with managing the needs of the stakeholder.
• Design, manage and improve strategic and operational objectives;
• Ensure all operations within Car Care are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way in line with the vision and mission of the company;
• Effective management of stakeholder communication and needs;
• Improve operational management systems, processes and implement best practices in the industry;
• Improve profitability of the operations through strategies covering pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, enhanced customer experience and improved footfall;
• Timely identification, assessment and evaluation of risks to the Car Care operations and proposing recommendations for risk treatment;
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management and warehouse efficiency;
• Must have indebt knowledge of products and material used in the car care business, including tinting films, Paint protection, Stickers, squeegees, scrapers, knives, and heat guns;
• Manage budgets and forecasts for Car Care operations;
• Implement controls to monitor the quality assurance objectives;
• Implement and monitor service KPIs;
• Implement innovative ways to enhance quality of customer service and satisfaction;
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in detailing techniques and technologies.
• Identify and propose training needs of staff;
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns;
• Problem-Solve and resolve daily operational challenges through consistent monitoring to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and standard operating procedures; and
• Lead a team of technicians, fostering an environment of skill development, teamwork, and high performance.
• Manage daily operations of the detailing service area, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Support the other function/departments with documentation requirements and reporting requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing an automotive detailing workshop or similar automotive service area.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team.
• In-depth knowledge of detailing processes, smart repairs, and customization techniques.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with safety and environmental protocols within the automotive industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• automotive detailing: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
