- Outreach new target prospects through on-site visits, cold calling, emailing, and social media.
- Develop a deep understanding of our IT Solutions, including Data Protection, Cyber Security, business continuity, and gateway security.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions and prepare accurate quotes based on client requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
- Proactive in building contacts, capturing, and generating new customer sales opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software solutions, with the ability to effectively sell and articulate technical concepts to clients.
- Should be a fast-Self-learner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
