Temporary Receptionist required for our Aviation Club
Only Female applicants on Husband/Father /sponsorship shall apply!
The Club Recipient is responsible for welcoming and assisting club members and guests, providing information about club facilities and services, and handling administrative tasks. They must be friendly, professional, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome club members and guests upon arrival and leave, Provide information about club facilities, services, and events
- Handle all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and uses proper phone greeting techniques.
- Check in members in regards to subscriptions and amounts due using the proper system.
- Handle bill transactions and process payments in coordination with the Accounts Department.
- Answer questions and resolve members inquiries.
- Provide registration forms for (security clearance, membership) and collect the fees.
- Register members in system as it is in, they ID.
- Maintain accurate records of member information and transactions
- Prepare daily report and track club usage statistics.
- Follow all club policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
