- Project Leadership: Designs, develops and leads the implementation of the project in line with direction set by NAE and the Regional Director; Responsible for for the day to day management of each project through to opening and the development of associated strategies to achieve the required;
- Work on all aspects of the project to include: Instigate a rigorous tender process for the appointment of Design Architects, Contractors and Suppliers; Lead design architects, in conjunction with Senior Manager, School Building and Design, to ensure the build specifications meets agreed objectives. Liaison with building contractor to ensure project meets time line and quality
- Financial Management : Create and manage a construction project, Responsible for budget ownership of agreed CAPEX
- Communication: Responsible for ensuring all project governance processes are adhered to; Updating the Regional Director, Corporate Development Director Regional Operations Director on a bi-weekly basis on progress and solutions to resolve any issues
- Team Management: Subject to requirement, working closely with Regional HR team to recruit quality candidates to deliver the contract
- Personal Development: Continual development through the identification and implementation of your own Personal Development Plan
