As an F&B Supervisor at Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai, your responsibilities include ensuring seamless service delivery, supervising colleagues, and maintaining quality standards to enhance the overall guest experience. Your role involves effective communication, coordination, and adherence to operational procedures, contributing to the success of the F&B department and the satisfaction of our guests.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and other dining areas.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous service delivery to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Supervise and train F&B colleagues, providing guidance on service standards, product knowledge, and guest interactions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing departments to ensure adequate supplies.

  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the F&B department.
