Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers and staff with classroom preparation and activities.
  • Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other activities.
  • Maintain classroom and school supplies inventory; assist with ordering and organizing materials.
  • Monitor students’ behavior and report any issues to school administration.
  • Assist with student attendance tracking and record-keeping.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Assist in organizing school events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Ensure classrooms and common areas are clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a school or educational environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and parents.
