Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized and effective tutoring sessions to students in their homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students needs and goals.
  • Assess students progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate with parents or guardians to provide feedback on students performance and progress.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
  • Stay updated with curriculum changes and educational trends.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure alignment between tutoring and classroom instruction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Masters in Science in education or related field.
  • Must have experience in teaching IB (International Baccalaureate) Curriculum.
  • Teaching certification or relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience.
  • Experience working with students of different age groups and learning abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient and adaptable to individual student needs.
  • Organized and able to manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum standards.
  • Fluent in English or other relevant languages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
