As a Stewarding Supervisor at Millennium Plaza Downtown Dubai, you will oversee the stewarding team responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas. Your role involves supervising stewards, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the stewarding team.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
