As a Reservations Supervisor at Studio M Arabian Plaza, Dubai, you play a key role in supporting the reservations department by overseeing reservation operations and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include supervising reservation agents and ensuring efficient booking processes.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the reservations team, including reservation agents and coordinators.
  • Assist in implementing reservation strategies to optimize room revenue.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory and availability across distribution channels.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient booking processes for guests and travel partners.
  • Collaborate with the Reservations Manager to drive room reservations and revenue.
  • Utilize reservation management software and tools to manage bookings.
  • Assist in analyzing booking trends, occupancy, and revenue reports.
  • Train and mentor the reservation team in providing excellent customer service.
  • Address reservation-related inquiries and concerns from guests and travel partners.
