Role Description
The role involves utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage potential clients through various channels. By working for an early stage startup, candidates must display a high level of ownership over their work. Successful candidates must be able to display intense curiosity, a consultative sales approach, and full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Responsibilities
- Running a full cycle sales process, from initial prospecting, contract negotiations, and contract execution.
- Meeting set sales targets.
- Comfortable using multiple outbound inputs (emails, cold calling, cadences).
- Implement strategies to identify and attract new potential leads for the sales team.
- Consultative sales approach to dig deep and uncover customer needs and potential solutions.
- Demonstrate perseverance in handling rejections and overcoming challenges during the sales process.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick decision-making and adaptability are crucial.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have 2 years of proven working experience in a full cycle sales role (from prospecting, cold outreach, to closing).
- High degree of ownership over one’s work, along with a high level of adaptability to changes in processes.
- Using effective outbound strategies to secure demo meetings.
- Ability to run an effective demo for prospects, along with the ability to close deals.
- Experience using a consultative sales approach to dig deep and uncover needs of prospects.
- Scrappiness and hustle: when issues arise, you look for solutions instead of waiting to be told what to do.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
