Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
– Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
– Develop and maintain detailed business analysis documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and functional specifications.
– Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
– Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary.
– Assist in the development of business cases and project plans for new initiatives.
– Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
– Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
– Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
