Job Summary:

Trane in Dubai is hiring for a Service Deployer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. Ultimately, this individual will coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work. This includes procuring the appropriate labor and materials for work completion within financial standards. Customer interaction, communicating with the Field Technicians, and coordinating job priorities with HVAC team leaders will be an everyday occurrence.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates service resources, dispatches and assigns team members to project.
  • Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
  • Interacts and communicates with all Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians
  • Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition, as necessary.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
  • Generates work orders, reviews project paperwork, forwards project paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate various reports. Coordinates service resources.
  • Schedules personnel, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability.
  • DFSD – update jobs for technical details.
  • Generates Work Order Documents, dispatches technicians, and notifies customers.
  • Interacts and communicates with all HVAC Field Technician Supervisor to assign/dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians
  • Helps the Service Manager in maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating customer concerns, routing them to the assigned staff and responding to special requests.
  • Coordinates operations interaction with the Parts Department and Acquisition (quotes), as necessary.
  • Handling warranty claims (completes CR for technical details).
  • Logs service start-up and service work requirements in job tracking system, all the related technical input.
  • Maintaining Service petty cash.
  • Keep track of the service car fleet (leased vehicles) in the office.
  • Maintaining Eppco Petrol Cards listing for leased vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle markings through Emirates Neon for all leased vehicles.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School/Technical Diploma/GED required
  • Must have excellent Customer Service skills - need to be extremely comfortable and effective on the phone.
  • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
  • Must be detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
