We imagine the impossible! The Business Unit Automotive (AM) develops, produces and sells lamps, light modules and sensor components for automotive applications in both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and aftermarket segments. This includes conventional and LED-based solutions. Your new responsibilities

• Maintenance of specific customer master data
• Order entry and follow-up of availability dates until delivery creation (incl. incompletion check and solution)
• Independent export processing
• Transport coordination special deliveries
• Inventory management
• Complaints returns and credit management
• Working in customer portals

What we look for

• Successfully completed economic studies or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred
• Experienced in working with SAP
• Professional experience in logistics or distribution and customer service
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office Tools
• Customer-oriented thinking and experience in dealing with customers
• Organized, detailed and good Communication Skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work cohesively in a team atmosphere
• English language skills on a high working level
