Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat queries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Guide customers through product or service issues and offer troubleshooting solutions.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and upsell additional services where appropriate.
