Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chat queries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Guide customers through product or service issues and offer troubleshooting solutions.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and upsell additional services where appropriate.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues or gather additional information as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Suggest process improvements and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
