WE ARE LOOKING for an INTERN to join HR DEPARTMENT for FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (1,5 months) in Dubai!

The HR Intern will work under direct supervision providing administrative support across a range of People Function activities.

Some of the daily duties:
  • Scanning Hardcopy and saving / integrating the digital files within LSEG.
  • Performs administrative tasks following defined procedures.
  • Validate Existing digital copy with newly scanned copy to retain the relevant one and change naming convention.
  • Ensure any other digital copies are renamed as per naming convention in each employee file.
  • Segregate documents into onboarding related (right to work), termination (termination letter) in relevant folder for ease of access.
  • Add/Retain any other document (like email copies) etc within the employee folder.
  • Coordinate the physical segregation of files within office premises after vendor (Iron-mountain) project for active and ex-employees.
  • Ensures the Vendor personnel have access to hardcopy files and overlooks the process of scanning/storing of files in secure place.
  • Updates employee records in Workday / performs required tasks in Workday, if it is needed.
  • Supports CEEMA team in any other administrative / HR activities during the period of internship giving exposure to various HR areas.
  • Maintains top most confidentiality of all information made available as part of being in HR and adheres to all LSEG Group Policies including but not limited to completing training required.

Skills & Proficiencies:
  • Ability to work full-day (Fresh Graduate or in a final year).
  • Proficient English.
  • Efficiency and attention to detail.
