Education and Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Finance or related fields. Master’s degree will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, including the use of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
  • Project management experience, including knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify process improvements and business solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market trends is advantageous.
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis of which 3 years in a senior role , Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
