About the Role:
As a Studio Operator and Editor at MPL, the "Metro Pod Lounge" in Dubai, your role is crucial in crafting captivating visual narratives that engage audiences, enhance brand visibility, and cultivate lasting client connections.

Responsibilities:

1. Filming, Recording, and Editing:

· Lead the creation of visually appealing video content for clients and internal projects.

· Bring creativity to every step of the editing process to deliver engaging final products.

· Work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into compelling videos.

2. Set Design and Lighting:

· Design sets and manage lighting to create captivating visuals.

· Stay updated on artistic trends to enhance production quality.

3. Social Media Content Creation:

· Produce imaginative content tailored to different social media platforms.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.

· Experiment with new social media trends for more creative content.

4. Event Coverage:

· Attend events to capture compelling moments and conduct interviews.

· Coordinate with organizers for creative coverage.

5. Photoshoots:

· Plan and execute artistic photoshoots for staff, ensuring consistency.

· Edit photos creatively and explore new techniques.

7. Inventory Management:

· Manage equipment inventory creatively.

· Coordinate with the technical team for equipment availability..

8. Visual Design Integration:

· Provide graphic design support for videos and podcasts.

· Add simple motion graphics strategically.

9. Data Security and Quality Control

· Ensure all materials are safely transferred and stored.

· Pay attention to detail to completed materials before client approval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month

Experience:

• Podcast Editing/Filming: 1 year (Required)
