Key Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

The Role

Responsibilities include maintaining key client relationships, overseeing financial settlements, tracking finances, and ensuring compliance. Responsibilities: • Identify and tap into potential major client resources, establish and maintain robust customer relationships. • Meet customer needs with professional service solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Understand market dynamics, providing customers with industry-specific professional advice and logistics solutions. • Coordinate company resources to ensure the fulfillment of service commitments and efficiently handle customers daily business needs. • Responsible for negotiating and signing major client contracts, monitoring contract performance, and safeguarding company interests. • Collect customer feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and continuously optimize service processes. • Prepare sales reports, track and analyze business data, and continuously improve business strategies.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, with a preference for backgrounds in logistics or express delivery industries. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. • Strong market analysis and independent problem-solving abilities. • In-depth understanding of the logistics market with industry insight. • Good time management and project management skills, capable of working under pressure and effectively handling multiple tasks. • High level of professionalism and teamwork spirit, with the ability to work well under pressure. • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with great written and verbal communication skills.
