Wonder Brand Toys Trading LLC, is a baby and child care distribution company, dedicated to source and supply renowned Baby, Nursery and Toy brands to retailers across MENA regions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both vendor and customer accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining efficient cash flows within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Handle expense booking, purchase verification, reconciliations, and timely payment preparations.

Customer Account Management: Daily entries of invoices and receipts, handle agreement-based deductions, and reconcile customer accounts.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all accounting entries are aligned with proper authorization and documented promptly.

Communication: Distribute Statements of Account (SOA) to the sales team and customers to ensure receivables align with terms agreed upon with customers.

Cash Handling: Manage petty cash and oversee daily financial reporting.

Financial Analysis: Generate and communicate age analysis for both payables and receivables; perform monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations.

Asset Management: Manage the prepayment and asset register, including the monthly amortisation schedule.

Reporting: Prepare Monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports with analysis for respective department heads.

Internal Controls: Monitor and drive internal controls, ensure timely meeting of internal deadlines, maintain accurate client aging balances, and manage bad debt expenses.

Financial Planning: Engage in financial planning through forecasting of receivables and payables.

Eligibility and Requirements:

• Candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in UAE with a strong orientation to numbers and an eye for detail.
• Tally Prime accounting: 2 year (Required)
• Advanced Excel: 3 years (Required)
• Candidate should be present in UAE
• VAT returns filing knowledge.
• Good reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent execution skills and multi-tasking ability; disciplined and ability to handle high-pressure situations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
