- Process and verify customer orders promptly and accurately to ensure Jotun meets its on-time delivery performance objectives
- Work in close collaboration with the warehouse team on all customer delivery reports.
- Handle customer returns in accordance with the established Guidelines and Procedures of Jotun.
- Ensure to verify information on Customer orders is accurate to facilitate invoice processing.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Department to address and resolve disputed credit items.
- Respond swiftly to inquiries and requests from the sales team concerning customer follow-ups, ensuring that all necessary information or assistance is provided to enable seamless communication with customers.
- Contribute to the team, by showcasing adaptability and collaborative abilities.
- Required minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree in any field.
- Required 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- The ability to communicate effectively in Arabic is preferred.
