Job Description:

  • Conduct initial fitness assessments to determine the current fitness level and identify any limitations.
  • Develop personalized fitness plans based on clients goals, fitness levels, and medical history.
  • Design and implement workout programs that include strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and functional movement techniques.
  • Adjust programs as needed based on client progress and feedback.
  • Provide individual and group personal training sessions.
  • Demonstrate and teach proper exercise techniques, including strength and conditioning exercises.
  • Ensure clients are using equipment correctly and safely.
  • Educate clients on the principles of fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Track and report client progress regularly.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Attend workshops and continuing education opportunities to maintain certifications and expand knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and nutrition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Personal Trainer: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • English, Arabic , French (Required)

License/Certification:

  • NASM - Certified Personal Trainer (Required)
  • Certification in Strength and Conditioning (Required)
  • Certification in Functional Movement Techniques (Required)
  • UAE Resident Visa (Required)
  • UAE Driving License (Required)
