What youll do!

  • Build strong relationships with our customer base in Dubai, understanding key goals and organisational objectives
  • Provide consultative guidance to customers, ensuring that they get the most value from Thrive products and services, demonstrating business impact whilst delivering against their wider learning strategy
  • Leading regular business reviews, gaining and providing feedback, and exploring more opportunities to work together
  • Supporting customers with product training and delivering workshops

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’re passionate about great learning experiences and pushing the boundaries of how Learning and Development (L&D) teams can support businesses in meeting their goals
  • Previous CSM or L&D experience, specifically in the Learning Technologies industry
  • A confident communicator, able to effectively lead conversations with L&D leaders
  • Curious about latest trends, and innovation
  • Able to work in an agile way and can adapt ways of working as our business continues to grow and scale
