Dubai Emirates International School is seeking to hire an Assistant Admission or Admission Executive in Dubai (preferably male).

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Admission or Admission Executive. Preferably a male candidate to join our prestigious schools admissions team. As an integral part of our team, you will play a vital role in welcoming new students and families into our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment.
  • Conduct campus tours and provide information sessions to prospective students and families.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant data and admissions decisions.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate admission events and activities.
  • Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment goals and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in admissions, customer service.
