BMP SPORTS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a highly efficient and hardworking professional, who can run an office team environment with ease.

Duties will include: (Multi-Tasking Professional)

Management PA Tasks, eg, Clerical, Calendar Setting, Filing etc.

Event Management of Ad-Hoc Events (May require some short-term travel)

Supervise Staff, Welcome Clients, Host at Events

Company HR / Visa Processing

Recruitment

Internal Registers and Governance

Reporting on Multi-Facet Operations and Performance

General Housekeeping and Management of Maintenance, Utilities, Cleaning Staff etc.
