As a Chief Steward at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the stewarding department to ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of kitchen operations. Your role involves supervising the stewarding team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the stewarding team.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of kitchen and dining equipment.
  • Coordinate the cleaning and polishing of silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
  • Train the stewarding team on proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
