- Provide the standardized datasets, that will be the basis for strategic decision-making, by crunching data from multiple sources (internal and external).
- Developing a unified environment for data management, by standardizing, cleaning, and ensuring its availability to all key business users
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to translate business requirements into concrete, actionable, realistic, and high-quality data projects.
- Conducting ad-hoc analytical requests from Sales team and Top Management
- Liaise with solutions provider and handle problem/incident solving.
- BI tools (Power BI): Ensure the reliability of data in tools (audits, sanity checks, data harmonization, etc.) and perform improvements to visualizations and data modelling.
- Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools: Coordinate the governance of Master Data and perform necessary changes in parameters, accounts management and diverse improvements.
- Vispera: Ensure administration, oversee access management and training.
- Automate data processes as much as possible to minimize time spent in data crunching
- Build hypotheses, manage, and monitor the deployment of data projects (direct access to data flows, integration to reporting systems and IT governance)
- Analyze and share results through reporting with key business users
- 1-3 Years of Experience, with a bachelor’s degree with special focus on data, econometrics, or business intelligence.
- You have a strong appetite for data analysis, BI and the world of Spirits.
- You have advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query / Power Pivot)
- You have good knowledge on database management. You are familiar with data visualization tools (such as Microsoft Power BI)
- You’re fluent in English (Arabic would be a plus).
- You have a strong capacity for analysis and adaptation.
