Job Description:

Oneztech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with various tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. If you have a strong aptitude for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and budgets.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
