Roles and Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing painting tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest painting techniques and products in the automotive industry.
• Advise customers on proper car care and maintenance to prolong the effects of painting .
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Inspect vehicles before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met.
• Apply wax, sealants, and other protective coatings to maintain the shine and protect the paint.
• Use various tools and techniques to remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections from car surfaces.
• Perform car painting and detailing tasks to enhance the appearance of vehicles..
• Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in car painting and detailing is preferred.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and products.
• Ability to operate painting tools and equipment effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections in car surfaces.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines in a workshop or garage environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
