As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Center.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs.
• Greet parents and children warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage daily operations of the Kids Center, including check-in/check-out procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize supplies within the Kids Center.
• Communicate with parents, providing updates on their childrens activities.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations, conducting regular safety checks.
• Maintain accurate incident reports.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in planning and executing special events for children (e.g., holiday celebrations, themed parties).
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and stocking of supplies, as well as ensuring the proper condition of equipment within the gym.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with children in daycare, camp, school, or similar setting.
• Experience in hospitality (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and energetic, with a passion for creating fun and educational activities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Ability to move quickly in response to emergencies.
• Ability to participate in physical activities.
• Patient, compassionate, and caring demeanor.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
