As a Food Quality and Hygiene Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

Job Description:

· As a Food Quality and Hygiene Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Monitoring Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations and standards throughout the production process.

· Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, including product testing, sampling, and inspection, to identify any deviations from quality standards.

· Hygiene Management: Develop and enforce hygiene protocols and sanitation practices in all areas of food production, storage, and distribution to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.

· Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential food safety hazards and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.

· Training and Education: Provide training and education to staff members on food safety practices, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, inspection findings, and corrective actions taken. Prepare regular reports for management summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

· Supplier Management: Evaluate and audit suppliers and vendors to ensure they meet our quality and hygiene standards. Collaborate with suppliers to address any issues or deficiencies identified.

· Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall food quality and safety.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree holder

· Proven experience in a similar role within the food industry, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems.

· Certification in food safety

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality and hygiene issues effectively.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
