ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Procuring spare parts through sourcing and procurement.
  • Managing inventory to ensure availability for maintenance and repairs.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Implementing cost control and optimization strategies.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Collaborating with other departments for efficient operations.
  • Striving for continuous improvement in processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing roles.
  • Knowledge of spare parts. Preferably German and European Parts.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time
