About the Role :Responsibilities:
1.Provide direct leasing support and related administration to the Leasing/Property Manager.
2.Management of all shop lease contracts (new/renewals/Addendum/closed).
3.Provides summary and rental details of all new and existing Lease Contracts/Addendum and closed shops (if required).
4.Monitor renewals/expiry/closure of all Leases.
5.Coordinate with the management, leasing/Retail Delivery department.
6.Coordinate with Legal Department for review and legal comments.
7.Correspondence with Landlord/Retailer on contract revisions/counter proposal/renewal/cancellation.
8.Prepares rental summary for concept approval.
9.Process internal approval and sign off.
10.Ensures that scanned copy of all contracts, approvals & supporting documents are saved on the server.
11.Ensures that all original executed contracts are in file for safe keeping.
12.Preparing the existing rental report and comparison.

Emirati Nationality with Family Book
5 working days with 2 days off.
