What will you be doing Supporting with planning – specifically for communications (external and internal) and content creation. Take part in brainstorms, be creative, call on any industry knowledge, be able to assist in creating decks and be aware of budgets and feasibility Implementation – you will be integral to bringing the plans to life and telling partnerships story to clients’ internal and external audiences. You will need to write briefs, assist with content creation whilst working as part of an All Agency team and ensuring approvals from all parties. Evaluation and review – you will support in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents providing point of views and insights to the account team and client. Client / Account Management
  • Efficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actions
  • Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and external agencies where relevant)
  • Effective management of own relationships with suppliers, clients and partners
  • Content creation, both written and photo/video
  • Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budgeting, PO’s, supplier invoicing/cost management
  • Event activation support – from venue sourcing, staffing, branding, to creative execution, on-site support and main point of contact for suppliers
Self / Team Management
  • Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Upwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account team
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market trends for client’s business
The Skills & Experience you will need
  • High level of initiative and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Genuine passion for storytelling
  • Knowledge of, and passion for sport. Understanding of Formula 1 and Cycling is a bonus
  • Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills – verbal and written
  • Creative thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Open to feedback from clients and colleagues
  • Flexibility and willing to travel (multi-day, weekends and short-notice travel expected)
  • Experience within a similar role [agency-based] is preferred but not essential
  • Experience working on large global brands is preferred but not essential
