We are seeking a highly experienced Dining Area Supervisor cum Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a fine dining environment and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area. The candidate must also be willing to perform waitstaff duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining area staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
  • Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee table settings and dining area cleanliness.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage reservations and ensure proper guest flow.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service standards and procedures.
  • Perform waitstaff duties, including taking orders and serving food, when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a fine dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Willingness to perform waitstaff duties as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time
