Job Description:

Oneztech Solutions is seeking a meticulous and organized Accounting Assistant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents and records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
