Job Description:
  • Set out new sites for cleaning.
  • Ensure all housekeeping standards are met on-site.
  • Train stewards on a daily basis.
  • Monitor stewards’ progress in service delivery.
  • Ensure proper storage of detergents, chemicals, and materials used on-site.
  • Plan quarterly trainings for stewards.
  • Coordinate with the Human Resource and Operations Manager to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure completion of the day’s cleaning program.
  • Train new employees in cleaning procedures.
  • Generate a daily report for the day manager, including requests and an overview of the day’s cleaning. Maintain a cleaning success rate of over 99 percent.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping, Hotel, or Hospitality.
  • Recommendation letter.
  • Certificate of good conduct.
