Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Executive specializing in perfume industry to join our team.

  • Applicant must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Retail Sales Executive in the perfume industry.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of perfumery to recommend products from our curated collection that resonate with each customers individual style and personality.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, including familiarity with fragrance families, ingredients, and notes.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and articulate product features persuasively.
