Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating logistics activities, including transportation and delivery schedules.
  • Track and monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management.
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and other paperwork as needed.
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve logistics issues.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
  • Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
  • Support logistics team members in daily operations and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a logistics assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
