Job Requirements

• Improve Customer Journeys: Map and analyse end-to-end customer journey, identifying touchpoints and interactions across various channels (e.g., website, email, social media, etc.).
• Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and campaigns measurement
• Design and execute performance test and A/B tests to ensure campaigns are optimized
• Implement changes to optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, analysing customer behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns to improve decision-making.
• Support CRM strategy and Establish rules for customer interactions, ensuring consistent and personalized communication. These rules guide when, how, and through which channels customers receive messages.
• Build customer segments and audiences to target the right customers.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

Preferred Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree / Engineering from a reputed university.
• Over 4 years of experience in Designing, building and executing campaigns.
• Knowledge of basic concepts and capabilities of programming; ability to use tools, techniques and platforms in order to write and modify.
• Query and Database Access Tools: Knowledge of data management systems; ability to use, support and access facilities for searching, extracting and formatting data for further use.
