Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases, ensuring the integrity and completeness of information. This is a critical role that supports our operations and contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into our systems and databases, following established procedures and guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries by reviewing source documents and making necessary corrections or adjustments as needed.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper records, files, and documents in a systematic and accessible manner.
• Assist with data cleanup and reconciliation projects to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data records.
• Generate and compile reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using data from various sources, as requested by management or team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy, and provide support for data-related inquiries or requests.
• Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies and regulations in handling sensitive information and records.
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead.

Requirements:

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus and consistency in repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
