Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team and oversee the selling and product management across multiple platforms, including Noon, Amazon, and other e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online retail, with a proven track record of effectively managing product listings, optimizing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

3. Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, conversion rates, and sales revenue on each platform.

4. Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment on e-commerce initiatives and objectives.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to inform strategic decision-making.

6. Conduct regular audits of product listings, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and best practices.

7. Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven recommendations for improving performance.

8. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to enhance product offerings and expand reach on e-commerce platforms.

9. Provide training and support to team members on e-commerce processes, tools, and best practices.

10. Maintain a thorough understanding of each platforms policies, algorithms, and features to maximize visibility and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on platforms such as Noon, Amazon, and others.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet performance targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce optimization.

- Familiarity with product photography, editing tools, and graphic design software is a plus.

- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and learn new technologies and processes as needed.
