The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Sales and Business Development:* * Identify and target potential clients for interior work services. * Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach. * Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and portfolio. * Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients. * *Client Relationship Management:* * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and project execution. * Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. * *Market Research and Strategy:* * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. * *Project Coordination:* * Liaise with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are accurately understood and met. * Monitor project progress and provide clients with regular updates. * Ensure timely and successful delivery of interior projects. * *Reporting and Documentation:* * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details. * Prepare regular sales reports for management review. * Use CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and client information. *Qualifications and Skills:* * *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. * *Experience:* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or construction industry. * *Skills:* * Strong knowledge of interior design principles and trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. *Personal Attributes:* * Passionate about interior design and sales. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Positive attitude and a team player.
