Recruiter Job Description Responsibilities:

  • ⁠ ⁠Identify future hiring needs and develop recruitment goals accordingly.
  • ⁠ ⁠Follow up on vacations, employment procedures, leaves, and employment insurance.
  • ⁠ ⁠Create engaging and accurate job descriptions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Attract, source, and recruit qualified candidates by using HR software, databases, or social media.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct interviews with candidates using innovative recruiting tools or methods.
  • ⁠ ⁠Thoroughly assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and experience to match open job vacancies.
  • ⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with employment legislation and regulations.

Recruiter Job Description Requirements:

  • ⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
  • ⁠ ⁠5 years of experience as a Recruiter.
  • ⁠ ⁠Great ability to conduct various types of interviews.
  • ⁠ ⁠Proficient in conducting video interviews and phone interviews.
  • ⁠ ⁠Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, or HR software.
  • ⁠ ⁠Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ⁠ ⁠Great decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
